​Balancing your life day to day can be challenging. It's important to take control of your mind and body by learning how to center self and acknowledge what you can control. Centering your self can be difficult and I'm motivated in guiding you on a path that will increase your inner self and well-being as well as your overall coping skills to fulfill a successful balanced life.

Anxiety 

Have you ever felt alone or misunderstood by others? Have you ever experienced feelings that are difficult to describe or talk about? Do you wake up with a increased amount of worry/fear about something? According to Anxiety and Depression Association of America, 18% of the nation's population experiences some form of Anxiety. It is almost impossible to not endure some form of anxiety with the amount of stressors and demands we face on a daily. Anxiety is increasingly getting more attention within the mental health scope and further education and treatment is highly recommended.
